Registration for Football and Cheerleading

Registration Fees

• The registration fee for Flag Football is $175.00.
• The registration fee for Tackle Football is $250.00.
• The registration fee for Non-Competitive Cheerleading is $175.00.
• The registration fee for Competitive Cheerleading is $200.00.

Refund Policy

No refund requests will be approved after August 1st of each season.

Required Registration Documentation

The following documents are required to complete participant registration and must be submitted prior to the first day of practice. Forms can be found on our Forms page. Please ensure forms are completed in detail.

• 2012 Physical Fitness & Medical History Form (physical must be done in 2012 calendar year)
• 2012 Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form (Grade Point Average can be left blank, Participant Signature must be completed even by young participants)
• Copy of participant Birth Certificate (cannot be Mother’s Hospital copy)
• Complete 2011-2012 school year report card – containing grades for all 4 quarters (or Kindergarten Eligibility form if applicable)
